Output,
not activity.

We build and replace the systems a business runs on. AI changed how much ground one senior team can cover in a week. It did not change who signs off, and the panel on the right is the whole claim.

Channel 01 · The pipeline

AI did not make us faster. The prep did.

Four habits carry almost all of the difference. None of them is a model choice, and none of them takes a person out of the loop.

01

Spec before code

Every change starts as a written spec with its acceptance criteria in it. A person and an agent work from the same document, and it is also what the reviewer reads.

02

Agents take the breadth

Codebase-wide refactors, test scaffolding, migration sweeps, the second and third integration that look like the first. Wide, shallow, verifiable work.

03

Review is the gate

Nothing merges without a named engineer on it. The speed comes from the preparation, not from skipping the check, and we will put that in the contract.

04

The leverage stays with you

Tooling is wired into your tracker, your data and your build over MCP, inside your tenant. When the engagement ends the pipeline is yours and it still runs.
